A proud lifelong New Orleanian, Frank Milanese was raised in the Faubourg Marigny and went on to graduate with top honors from Holy Cross High School and Loyola University New Orleans, where he was named Outstanding Male Graduate. After earning his law degree, he built a distinguished career as a trial attorney, bringing more than 40 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases across 10 states. A multi-year “Top Lawyer” honoree by New Orleans Magazine and recognized as both the 2025 and 2026 Face of Personal Injury Litigation, Frank is known for his passionate advocacy and courtroom excellence. Outside of his practice, he is deeply involved in the New Orleans community, supporting local preservation, cultural organizations, and civic events.
